About Kimberley

I am the CEO/Founder of WildKat. We specialize in Accessibility Audits, Staff Training and Motivational & Inspirational Speaking!

I was born with Cerebral Palsy and Septo-Optic Dysplasia which caused minor mobility problems and also caused me to be blind. Then in 2004 I had Transverse Myelitis which caused a C6 spinal cord injury. I’ve been a wheelchair user ever since.

I am currently training my next guide/service dog, a Siberian Husky named Duke. Sophie, the guide dog I graduated with in 2000 recently retired, and Keisha the Siberian Husky I was training developed Canine Epilepsy and had to be retired before she was even completely trained. They are both living happy lives enjoying retirement as pets.

My passion right now is wheelchair racing. I am waiting on a racing chair that is being built and when I get it I will be the world’s first blind wheelchair racer!

If you would like to learn more feel free to read through the entries here, and ask any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you!
