Found on Twitter

Sometimes I read things on twitter that are just so wrong and out there I have to share them with everyone.  They are usually not long enough to write a whole post about, so I decided to share what I find, along with my responses here.  Enjoy!

@ThatDamnAndre Why this lady have a seeing eye dog but she’s shoppin for clothes

Are blind people suppose to not wear clothes?  I bet if he saw a naked blind person walking around he’d tweet about that too!

@drkproducerWO87 Classes. In questionable news, does bringing a seeing eye dog to a movie make any bit of sense?

It makes plenty of sense if you’re blind!  How else are you going to get to said movie?

@TRUSTDaTiMREAL I hope no wheelchair people kome on da bus

Us “wheelchair people” are probably hoping arrogant people like you aren’t on the bus either…

@ _couldcareless wheelchair people need they own fuckin bus !!!!

So we don’t have to put up with people like you…

@ playboyA: On the bus stuck wit 3 wheelchair people

They are probably thinking about their misfortune of being stuck on the bus with you…

cvillasana youve got wheelchair people, that’s so cute Oh my god I love disabled people we dont have them at our school. weve got like one burns victim

Um…  Oook…

@ Atalayac I wish there was more snow on the ground so I could keep parking in those hidden Handicap spots.

If they were so “hidden” how could you tell you were parking in them in the first place?

@ heykarolwhatsup anyone else think handicap parking spots at the gym are pointless?

Why?  We go to the gym too.

@ JazzyJaiboo #isitok that i use my grandma’s handicap sticker when im in DC so i dont have 2 pay 4 parking hahah..

Not unless you’re your own grandma, which is not only impossible, but extremely messed up!  I think you answered your own question here.

@ JazoJazmina right, and a blind man can run track without his stick!

He probably could.  I can race in my racing wheelchair around a track even though I’m blind.  Blind runners can also run with sighted guides, he may have some vision, and can also listen to where he is.

@ natalie_lee Why did the blind man with the stick check if there were any cars coming on the road?

This one reminds me a bit of the old “Why did the chicken cross the road?” riddle.  Obviously he valued his life enough to not want to get run over on the way across.  He probably turned his head to use any vision he may have had, or to hear better.
